We've been hacked. It appears every site on InvisionFree has been compromised. You can no longer access the forums using "www.cavegirlforums.com"

The forums are still here, you can access them using the old link:

That sucks. I will check around and see if I know anyone that could help.

Apparently, it has affected all sites on InvisionFree, so there isn't really anything I can do. Hopefully they can fix it soon.

In the mean time, pass around the old link and wait. ^_^

I still have access to the domain, forums, and control panel. Nothing has been changed except the domain is redirecting to the hacker's site.

I'm not back, just posting a word of advice since g00ns are well known.

DON'T go to their forums. DON'T be a hero and call attention to yourselves. Just ride it out and don't give them the satisfaction of letting them hear you cry/whine/complain they DON'T care about you, they WON"T fix it. Invision will fix it eventually, and I think Zoom was able to already put a temp fix in place.

Seems like Invisionfree took care of it. I am in the process of putting the domain back up, it will take a couple days.

Days like this I'm happy that I use paid softwares on my site. Less chance of getting hacked.

Everything seems back to normal now.

so invsionfree.com had its DNS - Domain Name System - hacked because they did not have current patches on that machine.

Hmmm, just goes to show you to keep your computers up-to-date with current patches. . .

It's really lame that you guys got hacked cause I tried to get on earlier and your site wasn't up and I was like wtf? :(

I keep forgetting the regular link doesnt' work-it will show me the first page-but then when I click on something its forbidden.

Hmm it was defi prolly a DDoS attack which a Denial of Service attack, which attacks the bandwidth with packets...

Nothing can be done unless your bandwidth is higher then the senders bandwidth....

I am pretty much sry this happened, but if you guys need help with securing your site, I am pretty sure I can help....
